Meet the Physical Therapist:
Hi There! I’m Dr. Amanda Sneed, and I’m so glad you’re here. Here’s my professional bio:
I earned my Bachelors in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Houston. I went on to graduate from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, earning a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. My women’s health journey started while I was still in physical therapy school, where before I graduated I had signed out for professional continuing education courses. I also secured mentorship opportunities alongside experienced and board certified womens health specialists. I have attended numerous additional training courses in order to provide specialty services to assist women suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction. I was further encourage to purse this career after a challenging pregnancy, and postpartum recovery from delivering my twins. I feel that the medical field is missing services to holistically address pelvic dysfunction.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband of 7 years and our 5 children. I have a passion for crafting and has been to known to make glitter tumblers.
