Standard in-person office hours are as follows:

  • Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-7:30pm
  • Closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • *Please note, Tuesday appointments are at the Chiropractic Wellness Cafe just 2 miles from my main location.

-The Strategy Session is $70 (START HERE). This is a virtual 30 min call were we discuss your specific concerns. I want to hear your unique story and what your health goals are. We’ll figure out if we’re a good fit for each other. If I’m not the right fit at this point in your journey, I’ll share further resources. The cost of this session can be applied to your Evaluation.

-The Evaluation is $250. You will receive a comprehensive assessment were we determine the underlying root cause of why you are experiencing your symptoms. We’ll develop a treatment plan that outlines the recommended care.

-Al a Carte/Pay as you go: $250 for do-it yourself option, where you select your own frequency/duration, and we problem solve your case together during each session. Al a Carte sessions are currently $25 off for $225

Payment Options:

-Health Insurance: You may be able to receive some assistance from your health insurance plan. You will need to call them and find out what your “Out-of-Network Physical Therapy” benefits are. Payment is due at time of service, however, your insurance company may reimburse you for your healthcare expenses. I have found that many insurance companies, especially the healthshare plans reimburse therapy expenses at 100%.

-HSA/FSA accounts: I accept payment for HSA/FSA

-Care Credit: I accept care credit accounts, and may be able to establish a Care Credit account in office if qualified.

-Monthly Payment option, you can pay for your therapy visits in Monthly Installments ($900/mo for Intensive Care Package, $450/mo for Mini-Care).

-Al la Carte: if you are unable to commit to a package or monthly payment option, you can pay per session, and space your sessions out to a frequency that fits your family’s budget.
